If your racing mind is preventing a good night’s rest, this calming concoction contains soothing Vetivert – a natural sedative, as well as Camomile to de-stress and Sandalwood to help feel grounded, all of which combine to help you switch off … and subsequently drift off.  It was one of the first blends created by our co-founder, Geraldine Howard following her own struggles with getting to sleep. Wanting something above and beyond the customary sprinkling of lavender oil, this blend was born out of Geraldine’s studies in aromatherapy, selecting the key essential oils proven to facilitate sleep.
